NM Ultra long (2019-05-12)

Physical the first half of the race was a struggle. Should have run more straight to the 1st control. Good route to the 2nd control. Missed the 3rd control by 1.30, standing inside the circle without understanding where the control should be. Left of the water was better to the 6th control. On the long leg to the 12th control I startet feeling slightly better physical. Got caught by the silver medalist Audun Heimdal to the 18th control. He took the same route as I had planed to the 20th control, and I saw him in front of me the rest of the race. Even if I was not able to run as fast as I had wanted I really enjoyed a long run in nice terrain.
