NM Long (10.09.2015)

Went pretty well technical the first hour of the race, except a mistake to the 5th control. But I had never the speed, and on the way to the 13th control I started to die physical, and did also 2 big mistakes in the end of the race.

Have mostly been running on hard surface the last months, and been partly sick the last weeks, so physical I was far from good enough for this long course in a really though terrain.
