First time I was running in the forest since I dislocated my shoulder one week ago. Used most of my focus to look at the ground and avoid falling, so wasn’t orienteering too well or running so fast.

Was not running the forked loops in the end of the race since I dislocated my right shoulder just after the 6th control on the first long loop, and had to quit the race.

Stable performance, but lost 5 sec several places. The running speed was OK, but not the best after beeing sick for four days after the training camp in Switzerland last week.

Ran the course in easy speed. Not as nice terrain as yesterday. The green was really bad, and it was difficult to see where you could pass or not out of the map.

Nice and challenging terrain. Was tired physically, but went OK technically until the 12th control. Had the chance to get a top 10 position when I passed the arena, but missed the 19th control with 3 minutes, and did also some other mistakes.

Nice and tricky – perfect city for a sprint:-) The race went well, but I hesitated a few seconds some places to avoid doing mistakes.
